Shipping, Refunds and Returns

How soon will my order ship?

Most jewelry ships within 2-3 business days.  Other jewelry is Made To Order and will be created especially for you.  Production times will vary for Made To Order pieces.  Check the item description for specific shipping times.  All orders ship from our studio in Santa Monica, California.

How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE on all orders over $150  via USPS Priority Shipping.  All orders ship from our studio in Santa Monica, California.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship to the United States only.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept return of unworn items in original condition within 30 days of purchase for full refund (minus return shipping and insurance).  To start your return, email donna@donnaweaverdesign.com.   We will email you a shipping label which you can tape to the box your purchase arrived in.

Customized or commissioned items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at donna@donnaweaverdesign.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

What about Gifts and Returns?

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, and you choose to return it, you’ll receive a shop credit for the value of your return minus shipping.  

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should wait until you have received from us your return shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  You can also enjoy interest-free installment payments using XXXX.

Is my payment information secure?

This store uses XXX payments.  It uses Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with the highest level of security commercially available.

Exchanges / Re-sizing

Our jewelry is created in limited editions and one of a kind pieces and is not normally suitable for exchanges.  We do not re-size jewelry including rings and cuff bracelets.  Our rings may be difficult or unable to be re-sized because of the nature of the construction.  Please have your finger size determined in person by a professional jeweler before making your purchase.  We are happy to mail you a plastic ring sizer upon request.
